Quick Update

We are here in NM in our new home with all of our things, but things just can't go smoothly at all this move! I am sicker than I have ever been and so things will get unpacked at a much slower pace than I would like.
The day that we moved in, I was throwing up (sorry!) anything that crossed my lips, so I spent the day on the couch directing traffic as best I could. However, amidst all the chaos, we have been extremely blessed. We have come into the best ward. We moved in on the 4th and despite the holiday, we had so many wonderful guys show up to help. Some even came back with their wives over the next few days to bring meals and treats and morning sickness remedies. It has been so wonderful. I was too sick to go to church on Sunday, but I am looking forward to meeting all these wonderful people that have been so helpful and giving.
So, I guess some things can go smoothly after all, just not my stomach!!! Was anyone else sicker with the 4th child than with the others? Just wondering. I have to say that if this had been my first, I am afraid Jesse would have been an only child! I am a lousy sick person and I really, really hate being sick. Just thought I'd let you all know!
As soon as my camera gets back from California (it decided to take an extended vacation since we were there last!), I will post some pics of the new place. We really love our house and the area. I just hope I can feel better soon so that we can explore the area a little more.
Love to all!

ahhhh!!! I can't believe you're pregnant! how awesome! 4 kids? are you crazy? :) I am! it's sure been nice having Jason home for the past 5 months to help out, but a paycheck would probably be even nicer. I'm so happy for you guys and I'm glad you FINALLY got your stuff! what a pain. can't wait to hear about your adventures in NM! miss you tons!

Well congratulations Poppy- I am so glad I thought to check out your blog today- what a roller coaster your life has been lately. You are amazing. I must say though you have officially convinced me that I dont want any more kids- I did get sicker with each of mine so far so really I do not want to go for number four...that being said I will probably see your cute baby on your blog nine months from now and be so jealous and maybe change my mind but right now I can still remember the sickness much too well- so what can you do- its a high price we pay. Well I really hope you start feeling better and I am glad to hear your ward is looking out for you.

Poor Poppy, I feel for you. I was sick with this one but not the other two. I could hardly function. Just tell yourself it only lasts 3 months...hopefully! Im glad you have a great ward. That is a huge help. Miss you guys. When do you visit again?

Poppy--that is no fun feeling like that with everything else you've had going on. I only have the two, but I was sicker with the second than the first, I think largely because I had to keep going to some degree to keep up with an toddler. And I think stress can really impact how you feel, so its no surprise with all you've had going on the last couple months that you aren't feeling so great. Hope it passes soon and you can feel settled in.

Congrats on the baby and the new house! I can't wait to see pics of the latter (I realize it'll be a few months before there are any pics of the former.) So how far apart will your baby be from Emily's? I hope you'll feel better soon! Good luck!
