Yummy!

It was a momentous occasion. The moon was in the seventh house, Jupiter aligned with Mars, peace guided the planets and lo-ove steered the stars (name the song!)
After months and months of dinner-time battles, tears and jeers on behalf of my children, these same children, unprovoked and unsolicited, said to me last night at the dinner table "this is really good." All three of them. And to make it even better, James sat in his bouncer, content until I had my last bite....doesn't get much better than that here at the Thatcher homestead! I really should've taken a picture to mark this occasion. I'm sure it won't happen again anytime soon!

good job! what were you having? we've been having a lot of non-dinners around here (we call them free-for-alls), where everyone just grabs what they want. it's lazy on my part, but it solves some of the dinner drama. everyone has to drink the spinach smoothie, though!

Funny! We have the same problem here - why is it so hard to have everybody happy at the time!

Poppy, it doesn't count if you fed them chicken nuggets and candy.
